- Link to view document - Work on developing the sub-themes
- If sub-themes are identified, then
- Add the ideas as tags [Ownership at pod lead and team levels] as text (see 1 above) - copy from list of sub-themes
- If new sub-theme, you can add to list of sub-themes (in event "exploring sub-themes)
- Come back together to vote on priorities across sub-themes as a guide to closing in on focused actions
- Firstly - discuss adding any new themes as themes/sub-themes
- Then Determine key questions to vote on and number of votes for each person to distribute
- Perform the voting
- Looking at the results.
